Please DO NOT MISS OUT ON OUR PLATFORM TRAINING SESSIONS, TOMORROW THURSDAY April 15, at 11 am and 5 pm LONDON TIME 😊 GMT+1). Attending one of these sessions is important for having a smooth start into your presentation! Please, study the screenshots of today's test sessions with Magda, Florin, Nancy and Hans, using the Google Workspace Essential platform. We upgraded from the Business STARTER edition to the Business STANDARD edition in order to make recordings and host over 100 participants.

The platform is not difficult to understand, but you will need at least 15 minutes to get used to all the buttons and options. Please, do this tomorrow during the training sessions and have a sound sleep 🙂

In a few words: within Google Workspace Essentials, Google Meet has an option for each participant to "act as a presenter" and share his/her screen with the other particpants. You can also share another tab from your browser, e.g. to share a YouTube video running in that tab. Thirdly, you can use the "Chat" column on the right to share a link to everyone, e.g. a link to a YouTube video that all participants can open in a new browser tab of their own browser. This third kind of viewing is not perfectly synchronous, but it has the advantage that each participant receives his/her images DIRECTLY from YouTube (or another website), possibly in better quality than via the conference platform.
